Review a business or service provider only when you directly purchased, received, delivered, or were responsible for the service described. Do not submit hearsay or repeat someone else’s allegation.
Be specific and fair
Explain the service, approximate date, what happened, and the outcome. Separate facts you observed from your opinion. Critical reviews are welcome; insults, threats, discrimination, and speculation about motives are not.
Protect private information
Do not publish home addresses, private phone numbers, personal email addresses, financial details, medical information, government identifiers, or information that identifies a minor. Honest Reviews may redact unsafe details without changing the substance of a review.
Disclose conflicts and incentives
Disclose employment, family, financial, competitive, or other relationships that could affect your perspective. Reviews may not be bought, traded, required for a refund, or conditioned on being positive or negative.
Moderation and corrections
Submissions are reviewed before publication. We may request clarification, reject content outside these guidelines, or preserve a revision record when a material public statement changes. Account confirmation identifies an account; it does not guarantee that every claim is true.
Responses and disputes
An approved representative may publish one relevant response. Either side may report privacy, safety, impersonation, or factual concerns. A normal refund or effort to resolve a problem is not automatically treated as an attempt to buy removal.
